ArtRat’s Holiday ArtMart + SoDiv Spree = 1 weekend of Heartside fun!
South Division's businesses light up this weekend, and we want you to join the celebration!
ArtRat Gallery hosts our second annual Holiday ArtMart Dec. 3 and 4. Meanwhile, 10 of Heartside's favorite retail, dining and entertainment outlets present a Saturday SoDiv Shopping Spree.
But wait — there's even more reason to join us downtown! We've synched our celebration to other great downtown events: the Dec. 3 return of UICA’s Artist Market to 17 Pearl St. after a two-year pandemic hiatus and the annual artisan market Dec. 4 at the Downtown Market (435 Ionia Ave. SW). Come visit us, and check them out, too!
ArtRat’s Holiday ArtMart will run Saturday, Dec. 3, from 11am to 8pm, and Sunday, Dec. 4, from 12pm to 6pm, at 46 Division Ave. S. Our market will feature handmade gifts from a dozen local artisans curated by poet and artist Journèe Evans (Mama Sol'Ja), plus refreshments and holiday music.
Shop Small: Saturday Spree on SoDiv will run Saturday, Dec. 3, 11am to 8pm, and include 10 vendors along South Division Avenue between Fulton and Wealthy streets. Besides ArtRat, participating small businesses include:

Free parking, two ways
Weekend on-street parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces around the neighborhood. For even easier access on Dec. 3, come to ArtRat or Zabház to claim a free parking voucher for the Weston Commerce Parking Ramp at 18 Weston St. SW — less than a block from the fun! (Vouchers are limited, so stop in early.)
